Consultations - What to expect
Before your first consultation, we aim to obtain as much information as possible about any existing conditions you may have, your general health and what has brought you to see Holistic Traditions. To assist with this, we ask that you to fill out the questionnaire that will be provided and email back prior to your appointment.
During your first consultation, we will go through a questionnaire to gain information needed to obtain a better picture of your health and to formulate a plan for you. We may also need to undertake during your first consultation (or refer you to a third party specialist to undertake) some diagnostic tests to get a more accurate indication of your current health. Either way, you can be assured that you will be listened to and we will undertake a thorough assessment of any existing conditions you may have and your current health to ensure the best advice and care is given to you.
Once we have all the required information, we will formulate a health plan for you, which may involve herbal medicines, dietary, lifestyle changes and nutritional supplements. We can then set up any further appointments necessary to ensure your health goals are achieved and discuss any further concerns you may have.
